What is Buccal Fat Removal?
Buccal fat removal is a cosmetic surgical procedure that involves the removal of the buccal fat pads located in the lower part of the cheeks. This procedure aims to create a slimmer facial contour and enhance the overall structure of the face. It is often sought by individuals looking to achieve a more defined jawline and cheekbone appearance. The surgery can be performed under local anesthesia and typically involves small incisions made inside the mouth, minimizing visible scarring.
